•ALL items sell to the HIGHEST BIDDER, REGARDLESS OF PRICE! (*unless indicated otherwise*)
This auction will be held online only.
•12% On-Line Buyer’s Premium (Vehicles and lot) (15% for Equipment and Dance Studio inventory) 
•Everything sells on as “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis. •Payment is in full on the day of the auction.
•$500 cash deposit per vehicle to be charged at conclusion of bidding.
•Vehicles payment in cash, cashier's check or wire.
•All sales subject to US Bankruptcy Court Approval.
•Inspections: Vehicle and drywall equipment inspections will be held on Fri, 3/19 & 3/26 10a-1p, or by appointment only.  Dance Studio inventory will be by appointment only.
